The job relates to general domestic cleaning, and ironing duties inside residential houses and premises.

You will have your own clients each week and you can have as many clients as you need although most people usually want a maximum of 16 hours a week.

As well as regular home cleaning we also do one off spring cleans and blitz cleans for private residential houses as well as end of tenancy lets and the occasional commercial cleaning (check with us first).

As its domestic house cleaning / ironing we are very aware that you will be working in someone’s home it’s very important that we match the right people so for a regular cleaning job we arrange for you to go and meet the client at their house first.

The client supplies the cleaning materials and the cleaning equipment so you won’t have to carry anything with you.

Reliability as well as a high standard of work is important to us and to our clients, so when you start with us we will bring you on carefully, ensuring that you, the clients and us are happy with the arrangement.

We operate a star rating system on our cleaners which starts with the first phone call to our office. If this goes well an interview will be organised and if you are successful we will provide you with work in the areas you request to work in.

All cleaners are graded with star points. It’s simple to increase your points by being reliable, honest, have great standards of work and willingness to work and good communication. Your points could go as high as 9 and further NVQ training may be available to cleaners that demonstrate a high level of commitment. Remember though, points can be lost also by being unreliable, letting the clients down, bad communication or unwillingness to work – and Maid2Clean does its utmost to ensure Cleaners are not in this catagory.
